REFUND POLICY
If within 30 days you are not satisfied with a recent purchase, you can
return the merchandise for a refund less shipping and handling, however the
merchandise must be in re-saleable, and new condition, and is subject to a 10 %
or $10 (whichever is higher) restocking fee and the product must be shipped in
it's original carton. Customer is responsible for return of product(s) to
correct return address and all returns must be issued a return authorization
by each individual manufacturer or distributor in which item has been produced
or shipped from.

Special Orders
All products which are indicated as “Special Order” are custom made and
NON-RETURNABLE. All Italian Linens and special sized Bridal quality satin items
are non returnable. Refunds or credits will not be issued on special order
items, if you receive a special order item and it is the wrong color, wrong
size, damaged or is defective, the item will be repaired if necessary or
replaced at no cost to you. Some special orders may take 2 to 6 weeks before

Sheet sets not defective, feather bedding, fiber beds and Goose Down items
are non returnable if removed from the package it was shipped in. Silk bedding
not defective are non returnable if removed from the package it was shipped in.

We will refund using your original payment method.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the
return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective
item, etc.).
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Our goal is to give you your refund back to you as soon as possible. You
should expect to receive your refund within 7 to 10 business days after
receiving your package from the return shipper, which could be an additional
days for shipping (which depends on where shipment is coming from and method of
shipment used. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received
and processed the returned item. Your refund will be returned by the same

If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be
reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not
the per-shipment fee.
If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or
discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as
these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

How are refunds for gifts processed?
If you received a gift that was damaged in shipping, please contact us
immediately and we will send out another gift to replace to one (with the exact
or similar product of more or equal value) that was damaged.

Verdale, WA ships within 2 to 15 business days .
In addition, please allow up to 7 business days from the day your order has been
shipped for UPS Ground Deliveries to be delivered within the continental United
States. Gift Baskets, Wine and Cheese Gift Baskets ship FOB, Vancourver, WA.
Products usually ship out in 1 to 2 days. Multiple orders must be submitted by
fax, e-mail. Call for details at 224-535-8554. Company reserves the right to
substitue gift basket components and/or containers with products of equal or
greater value, which vary by season and delivery location or discontinue of
products. Candles ship FOB Las Vegas, NV which ships out in 5 to 7 business
days. Picnic Baskets and Packs ship FOB Moorpark, CA which ships within 48
hours. Out of stock items you will be notified with a response within 48 hours,
Back orders normally would ship in 2 to 6 weeks. We normally ship ground UPS/Fed
Express. All shipments must be sent to street addresses, not P.O. Boxes.
#6.) Cancellations: Subject to Romantic Gifts Boutique acceptance and terms,
this will indemnify Romantic Gifts Boutique against any loss. All Bedding Bridal
Satin items, Special Order Satin and Italian Linens may be subject to a 15%
cancellation fee after 5 days of ordering, item may not be cancelled if order is
already in production or if shipped.
#7.) Shipping Wine: Wines & Champagne ships only in these states that the law
allows: AK, AZ, CA, CT, DC, HI, ID, IL, MI, MN, MO, NV, NH, NC, OH, OR, SC, TX,
UT, VA, WA, WV, WY. (Subject to change without notice) Any product containing
alcohol will require an adult signature of 21 years or older.
